13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms, you and Starlight Chronicles agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Zagreb, Croatia, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You and Starlight Chronicles agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Electronic Communications
